Sales & Business Development Manager - API

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute regional sales goals. You will manage the sales team to maximize revenue and meet/exceed corporate targets. Your role will involve developing regional strategy, conducting budget exercises, and driving business development for regional growth by adopting correct market entry strategies and aligning organizational resources. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure effective execution of assigned region plans. - Implement pricing and market strategies. - Maintain direct contact with decision-makers of major regional generic companies. - Increase market share of existing products and qualify as a source for potential customers for both existing and new products. - Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals. - Review and analyze regional business to identify growth opportunities. - Develop specific plans for short-term and long-term growth. - Coordinate with SCM team for effective distribution management. - Maintain receivables within budgeted norms or as per KRA. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales management. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
