About Us

Flymedia Technology is a leading digital marketing company in Ludhiana. We are looking to expand our team and bring on board an energetic male candidate to drive sales & business growth. We are looking for male candidates to join our growing team in Ludhiana. Whether you have experience in an IT company or not — if you have prior experience in sales or marketing, possess good communication skills in English, and have the confidence to attend offline client meetings, then this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Cold-call prospective clients, generate interest and schedule meetings.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients, present our services and convert leads into business.
• Generate new leads through research, networking and field visits.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets (meetings, leads, conversions).
• Prepare proposals/quotations, negotiate and close deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager.
• Travel locally around Ludhiana for face-to-face meetings as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years’ experience in sales, business development, marketing or similar role.
• Good communication skills in English; able to handle meetings, calls and client interactions.
• Willingness to do field work, attend offline client meetings.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, confident, outgoing and good at relationship building.
