Role Overview:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Broker Network Management:

• Identify and onboard property brokers, real estate agents, and PG/hostel owners.
• Visit key areas regularly to maintain strong relationships and generate leads.

• Digital Lead Conversion:

• Handle incoming leads from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Follow up via calls/WhatsApp and convert high-intent leads into paying customers.

• Local Business Development:

• Create partnerships with co-living spaces, housing societies, and PG owners.
• Represent Voorent in housing clusters and local broker meetups to spread awareness.

• Lead Generation:

• Actively generate new leads through referrals, field visits, posters, and broker networks.
• Share market insights and feedback with the marketing and operations team.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, real estate, field marketing, or similar roles.
• Strong Hindi and basic English communication skills.
• Field-active with good networking and convincing abilities.
• Self-driven and target-focused.
• Prior experience in rental services, property sales, or channel sales is a plus.
