Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Identify and target potential customers through market research and lead generation strategies.
Engage with customers through various channels including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase products and services to consumers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the customer.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, customer interactions, and sales metrics.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement effective promotional strategies to attract consumers.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position the company s products.
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market developments to inform business strategy.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
