Sales Automation Specialist

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Audit & Optimisation

  • Review existing GHL account setups: pipelines, workflows, calendars, triggers, and automations.
  • Provide detailed

    audit reports

    with clear feedback and recommended fixes.
  • Clean and optimise pipelines and automation flows for functionality and efficiency.

⚙️ Automation Building

  • Build and refine

    automated workflows

    (lead capture, nurture, booking reminders, onboarding sequences, etc.).
  • Set up tags, triggers, smart lists, opportunity stages, and campaigns to match internal processes.
  • Ensure seamless

    calendar integrations, form/survey logic

    , and lead routing.

📘 SOP & Documentation

  • Create easy-to-follow, step-by-step

    SOPs

    (Standard Operating Procedures) for GHL usage across departments.
  • Document workflows, naming conventions, tagging logic, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Provide screen recordings or visual guides where needed.


✅ Required Experience:

  • Proven experience using

    GoHighLevel

    in a freelance or agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of

    sales funnels, pipeline logic, and automation workflows

    .
  • Ability to spot inefficiencies and make smart, strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent skills in documenting and training teams through SOPs.
  • Experience integrating GHL with

    Zapier, webhooks, Calendly, Stripe, and Google Workspace

    .
