Sales Audit Support

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our Sales Governance and Operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong data-handling capabilities, organizational and prioritization skills, and experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role requires monitoring sales performance, ensuring control compliance, evaluating internal processes, and supporting audits and governance initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team and work closely with Internal Control, Risk, Product, and Internal Audit teams of the bank.
• Monitor and manage sales activities across various banking products.
• Ensure timely execution and monitoring of controls in Business Correspondent (BC) operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, track sales targets, analyze performance data, identify improvement areas, and support sales teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records and support data-driven decision-making within the banks sales operations.
• Support sales audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Assist the Risk team in investigations and control validations.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure timely submission of RBI reports.
• Encourage adherence to policies, rules, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate closely with the Product team and provide valuable inputs on process improvements and automation.
• Stay updated with RBI circulars related to Payment Banks, especially those concerning Branch Authorization.

Minimum Qualifications/ Skills

• Good Communication skills both written and verbal
• Good in interpersonal skills
• Should be very comfortable with handling lots of data & numbers
• Should have good working knowledge of using Excel and Access
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment required
• Good analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to see trends and patterns in data and translate data into decisions is required
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to problem solving
• Good in analytical skills
