Sales Associate (WFO)

The Brand Landmark is a fast-growing brand development and franchise consulting company, helping businesses expand through strategic planning, marketing, and execution. We’re now looking for a motivated Sales Telecaller to join our Ahmedabad office and play a key role in our business growth journey.

We’re hiring an energetic and persuasive Sales Telecaller who will connect with potential leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into active business opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for many of our prospects – and your communication will define their first impression of us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
• Pitch our services including Franchise Expansion, Social Media Management, and Branding Solutions.
• Follow up consistently and maintain accurate records of calls and conversations.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the business team.
• Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain a daily report of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in tele calling or sales (Freshers welcome)
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati & English
• Confident, positive attitude, and target-driven approach
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
• Must be based in Ahmedabad and comfortable working from the office
