Sales Associate (WFO)

What is this role about?

Preferred candidates fluent in Malayalam and Bengali, with good English fluency .

⭐Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
⭐Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.⭐Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.⭐Working closely with the team across departments to implement growth strategies. ⭐Rigorously following up the leads via a variety of channels like Phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, emails etc.⭐Extensively communicating the curriculum and other USPs of the product (profiles of our champion teachers for example)⭐Achieve realistically set weekly targets in a performance-centric, competitive environment.⭐Ready to go live on a Video Call with parents.

Experience - 2 to 3 years experience candidates in sales
Shift Timings - 10 AM -7 PM
Notice Period - Immediate joiner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3.00 - ₹4.50 per year
