Job Title: Field Promoter / Client Acquisition Executive (On-Ground - Real Estate) Location: Project Site & Nearby – Gurgaon Company: Unifit Realty Job Type: Full-time | On-Ground Field Work Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and persuasive Field Promoters who can engage and convert walk-in or drive-by prospects near the real estate project site. Your goal will be to identify and pitch to potential clients on the spot, direct them to the project site for a visit, and hand over leads to the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Be physically stationed near the project site, key intersections, and high-traffic areas. Approach potential clients traveling nearby (car/bike/foot) and initiate a brief, professional pitch. Distribute brochures/flyers and collect basic contact details. Convince clients to make an immediate or scheduled site visit. Coordinate with the sales team to receive and hand over qualified walk-ins. Report daily footfall, leads collected, and conversions made. Ensure you are well-groomed and presentable at all times. Skills & Requirements: Confident and outgoing personality with strong communication skills (Hindi is a must; English is a plus). Street-smart, persuasive, and quick on their feet. Experience in on-ground marketing, events, or direct selling preferred. Should be familiar with the local area (Gurgaon) and understand the project USPs. Must be punctual, energetic, and willing to work on weekends and holidays. High school diploma or above. Real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Compensation: Fixed Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on experience) Incentives: Performance-based site visit commission + bonus for confirmed walk-ins and bookings Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM (flexible based on peak hours and campaign duration) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
