Job Title: Field Promoter / Client Acquisition Executive (On-Ground - Real Estate) Location: Project Site & Nearby – Gurgaon Company: Unifit Realty Job Type: Full-time | On-Ground Field Work Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and persuasive Field Promoters who can engage and convert walk-in or drive-by prospects near the real estate project site. Your goal will be to identify and pitch to potential clients on the spot, direct them to the project site for a visit, and hand over leads to the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Be physically stationed near the project site, key intersections, and high-traffic areas. Experience in on-ground marketing, events, or direct selling preferred. Should be familiar with the local area (Gurgaon) and understand the project USPs. Must be punctual, energetic, and willing to work on weekends and holidays. High school diploma or above. Real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
