Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. This is a field sales role where you will actively meet architects and interior designers, showcase our product catalogue, and build long-term business relationships that drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Cold Calling – Use the provided database to reach out to prospective clients and set up appointments.
• Client Meetings – Visit 4-5 clients per day (architects and interior designers) at their offices.
• Product Demonstration – Present our product catalogue and explain the unique value of PaperMint laminates.
• Relationship Building – Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Growth – Work towards quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Experience: 0–3 years of sales or business development experience (field sales preferred).
• Education: Any graduate / diploma holder (not mandatory if you have strong sales skills).
• Communication: Should be able to speak in Hindi/ Gujarati; basic English communication is a plus.
• Skills: Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills, self-motivated, target-driven.
• Other:
• Willing to travel locally for daily client visits (4–5 visits per day).
• Should have a two-wheeler and a smartphone.
• Office attendance/punching is not mandatory – this is a field-focused role.
• Petrol and mobile allowance will be provided.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
