Job Description – Sales Associate Company: VIR Mica House Brand: PaperMint Location: Gujarat (Field Sales Role) About PaperMint PaperMint, a proud brand of VIR Mica House , is known for its premium, in-house designed laminates. With a strong presence and trust across Gujarat, we are now expanding our team to bring our designs to even more architects and interior designers. Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. This is a field sales role where you will actively meet architects and interior designers, showcase our product catalogue, and build long-term business relationships that drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Cold Calling – Use the provided database to reach out to prospective clients and set up appointments. Client Meetings – Visit 4-5 clients per day (architects and interior designers) at their offices. Product Demonstration – Present our product catalogue and explain the unique value of PaperMint laminates. Relationship Building – Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Sales Growth – Work towards quarterly sales targets. Requirements Experience: 0–3 years of sales or business development experience (field sales preferred). Education: Any graduate / diploma holder (not mandatory if you have strong sales skills). Communication: Should be able to speak in Hindi/ Gujarati; basic English communication is a plus. Skills: Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills, self-motivated, target-driven. Other: Willing to travel locally for daily client visits (4–5 visits per day). Should have a two-wheeler and a smartphone. Office attendance/punching is not mandatory – this is a field-focused role .
