Sales Associate

Position: Sales Associate - Luxury Jewellery

Work Timings: Fixed 11:00 AM - 08:30 PM

Work Days: 6 days working, with fixed Mondays off (boutique remains closed on Mondays)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet and engage clients in a warm and professional manner, understanding their preferences and

needs.

• Present and articulate the features, benefits, and stories behind our exquisite jewellery pieces.

• Provide in-depth product knowledge, including materials, craftsmanship, and design inspiration.

• Assist clients with selections, try-ons, and provide styling advice.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.

• Maintain an immaculate and organized showroom, ensuring merchandise is beautifully displayed.

• Build and maintain a client book, nurturing long-term relationships and encouraging repeat business.

• Handle client inquiries, special orders, and after-sales service requests with courtesy and efficiency.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security protocols.

• Tally Cash, Credit Card Slips at the day before proceeding with the settlement.

• Day end Sales report to be shared with the management in form of DSR.

• Represent the Suuraj Popley brand with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
