Job Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service and upselling companys offerings to the clients
• Responsible for Business development through Sales
• Selling Healthcare Management Services (Dental and Medical) to Doctors and Medical Office

Managers in the US

• Responsible for Sales, Client Feedback and Collection activities

requirements

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Undergone Voice & Accent Training for service US Clients from a US Centric Call Center/BPO/KPO
• Candidates holding minimum 1 year of experience working in US Sales/ upselling processes in an

international US BPO/KPO (Preferably)

• Tech savvy, creative and research skills
• Ideal candidate should possess flexible and dynamic approach and can act according to the

process/organization needs
