Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, conducting product demonstrations, driving sales growth, maintaining customer relationships, and executing sales strategies. Additional duties include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven experience in sales and customer service
• Ability to manage customer interactions and build relationships
• Knowledge of product demonstration techniques and sales strategies
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
• Experience in the textile or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
