We believe in travel with presence, connection, and discovery.Role Description: Travel Sales AssociateThis is a full-time remote role for a Travel Sales Associate with immediate joining. The associate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, guiding potential travelers through trip details, and converting leads into bookings. Youll be the first voice of Nomichi for many of our travelers so your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and embody our brand values is key.Youll also work closely with the sales and operations team to follow up on leads, maintain CRM records, and meet monthly sales targets. The role offers a fixed salary with an attractive incentive structure linked to performance.ResponsibilitiesCall and convert leads generated through Instagram, website, and adsUnderstand traveler preferences and pitch suitable Nomichi tripsFollow up via WhatsApp, email, and call to ensure high conversionMaintain lead tracking and reporting on CRMCommunicate clearly and patiently with all potential customersCoordinate with operations and trip planning teams for latest trip detailsAssist in building long-term relationships with community travelersQualificationsExcellent spoken and written communication skills in English and HindiStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport over callsPrior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service preferredFamiliarity with Instagram and website-based lead funnels is a plusSelf-motivated, target-driven, and persistent attitudeComfortable with remote work and flexible work hoursPassion for travel and understanding of Nomichis ethos is a bonusJob DetailsEmployment Type: Full-timeLocation: RemoteSalary: ?15,000/month (fixed) + performance-based incentivesJoining: Immediate
