We believe in travel with presence, connection, and discovery. Role Description: Travel Sales Associate This is a full-time remote role for a Travel Sales Associate with immediate joining. The associate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, guiding potential travelers through trip details, and converting leads into bookings. Youll be the first voice of Nomichi for many of our travelers so your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and embody our brand values is key. Youll also work closely with the sales and operations team to follow up on leads, maintain CRM records, and meet monthly sales targets. The role offers a fixed salary with an attractive incentive structure linked to performance. Responsibilities Call and convert leads generated through Instagram, website, and ads Understand traveler preferences and pitch suitable Nomichi trips Follow up via WhatsApp, email, and call to ensure high conversion Maintain lead tracking and reporting on CRM Communicate clearly and patiently with all potential customers Coordinate with operations and trip planning teams for latest trip details Assist in building long-term relationships with community travelers Qualifications Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport over calls Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service preferred Familiarity with Instagram and website-based lead funnels is a plus Self-motivated, target-driven, and persistent attitude Comfortable with remote work and flexible work hours Passion for travel and understanding of Nomichis ethos is a bonus Job Details Employment Type: Full-time Location: Remote Salary: ?15,000/month (fixed) + performance-based incentives Joining: Immediate Show more Show less
