Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new sales leads through research and outreach
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
Support in client meetings, calls, and follow-ups
Maintain sales trackers, CRM, and pipeline reports
Learn and contribute to tendering and documentation processes
Participate in marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA (Marketing / Sales) – Tier 3 College
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude
Interest in industrial B2B sales / power sector preferred (not mandatory)
Growth & Learning
Hands-on exposure to industrial sales, client servicing, and power solutions
Mentorship from experienced managers
Clear career progression path towards Sales Executive / Business Development roles
