Market Penetration (B2B, B2C, P2P & B2G): - Identify growth opportunities in B2B, B2C, P2P, and B2G verticals. - Develop segment-specific strategies to enter and expand in untapped markets. - Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities. - Build brand presence in target regions through networking, collaborations, and field outreach. 2. Marketing Campaign Strategizing (Online & Offline): - Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored for B2B, B2C, P2P, and B2G audiences. - Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid ads. - Organize and oversee offline activities such as events, pop-ups, roadshows, and community/government meetups. - Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging promotional assets. 3. Lead Generation: - Develop robust lead generation strategies for all four segments (businesses, consumers, individual users, and government entities). - Utilize LinkedIn, sales platforms, and referral programs to build a consistent pipeline. - Track and nurture leads through different stages of the sales funnel. - Conduct cold calls, networking, and outreach to convert prospects into warm leads. 4. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: - Convert leads into loyal clients through effective sales pitching, demos, and follow-ups. - Customize proposals and presentations based on client needs and segment. - Build long-term relationships and maintain client satisfaction across B2B, B2C, P2P, and B2G. - Ensure seamless onboarding and after-sales support. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline. - 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably across B2B and B2C domains. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Familiarity with digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email automation, etc.). - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proactive, creative, and target-oriented mindset.
