Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at our company in Trivandrum, Kerala, your role will involve greeting and receiving customers in a welcoming manner. You will engage with them to understand their requirements and then direct them by escorting to racks and counters. It will be your responsibility to introduce various product offerings to customers, influencing their buying decision and driving sales through customer engagement and suggestive selling to build customer confidence. Providing excellent customer service, especially during peak times, and ensuring customer satisfaction in each sale will be crucial. You will also inform customers about discounts and special offers, assist with sales returns, gather feedback from customers or prospects to share with the Manager, stay updated with new products/services, prepare estimates of selected products, and complete sales transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and receive customers warmly, engaging with them to understand their requirements. - Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters. - Introduce various product offerings and influence buying decisions. - Drive sales through customer engagement and suggestive selling. - Provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times. - Inform customers about discounts and special offers. - Assist customers with sales returns. - Gather feedback from customers/prospects to share with the Manager. - Stay updated with new products/services. - Prepare estimates of selected products and complete sales transactions. Qualifications: - Minimum Higher Secondary/Diploma/Graduation. - 0-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
