Job Description

Sales Associate IT Services & Staff Augmentation

pitching IT solutions as well as staff augmentation services

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients through
cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking events
.
Generate leads and drive
empanelment for staff augmentation and IT services
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement, and Talent Acquisition teams
.
Pitch
IT services (consulting, modernization, security, BI)
and
staffing solutions (contract staffing, RPO, niche hiring)
to clients.
Collaborate with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure timely closure of demands.
Prepare proposals, sales presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands.
Consistently achieve assigned
sales and revenue targets
.

Qualifications

MBA in Marketing & Sales
4+ years of experience in
IT services sales / staff augmentation sales
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
.
Strong understanding of
IT skills/technologies
(Java, .NET, Cloud, SAP, Testing, etc.).
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment
.
Flexibility to travel to client locations when required.
