Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi for a Sales Associate (Inside Sales). The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, managing accounts, and driving the end-to-end sales process. The role will include understanding customer needs, effectively communicating course offerings, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, pursue, and convert potential client opportunities
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Experience in Account Management to handle client accounts and sustain long-term business relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Previous experience in the education or sales domain is a plus
• Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
