As a Sales Associate, your role will involve greeting and taking orders from customers in a warm and friendly manner, providing recommendations when needed. You will also be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of food and beverages according to cafe standards. Your assistance will be crucial in addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
