As a Sales Associate at our cafe in Thrissur, Kerala, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities to ensure a positive dining experience for our customers. - Greeting and Order Taking: Welcome customers with warmth, accurately take their orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience. - Serving Food and Beverages: Prepare and serve a diverse range of food and drinks in accordance with cafe standards. - Providing Assistance: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure that every customer leaves with a positive impression. In addition to the key responsibilities mentioned above, you will also be expected to: - Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the cafe area clean, well-organized, and adequately stocked throughout your shift. - Work as a Team: Collaborate effectively with other cafe staff members to deliver efficient service and create a harmonious work environment. - Demonstrate Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to assist with various tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the cafe. - Possess Product Knowledge: Stay informed about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide accurate information to customers.
