Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally.
Manage billing, invoicing, and basic documentation as required.
Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and stock arrangements.
Support in promotional activities and merchandising.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum
1 year of experience
in sales (retail, FMCG, or service industry preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills (POS, Excel, email).
Positive attitude, confidence, and strong customer-handling skills.
