Job Summary: "Join Our Travel Team!

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive/Tele Caller to propel our Tours and Travel business forward. If you're passionate about travel, possess exceptional communication skills, and delight in delivering top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you!"

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Outreach: Contact potential clients through phone calls to promote travel packages and services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads to convert them into bookings.
• Client Engagement: Provide detailed information about travel itineraries, packages, and promotions.
• Booking Assistance: Assist clients in the booking process and handle inquiries related to travel arrangements.
• Follow-Up: Maintain follow-up with prospective clients and nurture leads through effective communication.
• Record Keeping: Update and maintain client databases and booking records accurately.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for travel and a good understanding of various travel destinations.

• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues effectively.
