Job Description

Sales + Tele calling Preference - Local Female ( Married ) Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Generate leads and convert them into sales through effective communication and follow-ups. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Maintain a database of customer information, conversations, and outcomes using CRM tools. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into sales opportunities. Follow up with interested customers via phone, email, or messaging platforms. Collaborate with the field sales team for scheduling appointments or demo meetings. Provide product information, pricing, and delivery timelines to customers. Handle customer objections and negotiate to close deals effectively. Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
