Sales Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and result driven Sales Representative for Business Development to handle domestic sales inquiries, generate leads and maintain strong customer relationships with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound inquiries to generate & convert new leads into sales opportunities.

Identify customer needs, explain product features and provide value to the customers with the relevant product solutions or services.

Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

• Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and CRM systems.
• Prepare and share quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Coordinate with the operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / customer acquisition (domestic market).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a good team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
