Job Title: Sales Executive (1–2 Years Experience)

Location: Paschim Vihar, New Delhi
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in driving sales efforts, building customer relationships, and supporting the achievement of business targets. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their career in sales and develop valuable industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.

  • Client Interaction:

Communicate with clients to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide appropriate product or service solutions.

  • Sales Presentations:

Assist in preparing and delivering effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Follow-up & Closing:

Support the sales process by following up with prospects, handling objections, and assisting in closing deals.

  • Maintain CRM Records:

Update customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM system accurately and timely.

  • Collaborate with Internal Teams:

Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experience and follow through on leads.

  • Achieve Sales Targets:

Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales (B2B/B2C), preferably in [industry – e.g., IT solutions, FMCG, real estate, etc.].
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
