Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Enter sales transactions and customer information accurately into the system.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Input product pricing, inventory data, and order details.

Order Processing

Enter purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices into relevant software or spreadsheets.
Track and record the status of customer orders.
Ensure data is aligned with inventory and sales reports.

File Management

Organize and store digital files and documents systematically.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and sales information.

Reporting Support

Generate basic sales and inventory reports as required.
Assist the sales team with data needed for performance reviews or meetings.

Skills Required

Fast and accurate typing skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with data entry software
Basic understanding of sales processes is a plus.
Time management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
