Sales Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Present and promote products/services to new and existing customers.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new strategies for customer acquisition.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in CRM systems.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
