Sales Assistant (CRM & Customer Relations)

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team at Indian Heirloom Company! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building client relationships, managing leads, and keeping the sales process organized. As an entry-level full-time role, you’ll be working closely with our team to support CRM activities, assist in customer conversions, and maintain our sales funnel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in client communication via email, WhatsApp, and calls
• Support CRM activities: updating databases, tracking leads, and ensuring timely follow-ups
• Help manage and maintain the sales funnel sheet with accuracy
• Coordinate with clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales
• Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth processes
• Assist in preparing sales reports and performance trackers
