We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to enhance our sales team and drive business growth through effective tele-calling and lead conversion strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and clients to generate leads and drive sales.

- Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our pharmaceutical products to prospective customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Follow up on leads from various sources and convert them into successful sales.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and sales data.

- Collaborate with the sales team and provide insights for improving sales processes and customer engagement.

- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive personality.

- Ability to understand client needs and handle complex sales situations with ease.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
