Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Assistant to support our sales team in managing client interactions, property site visits, and administrative coordination. Female candidates with a background in real estate or customer-facing roles are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with lead follow-ups, client meetings, and documentation.
• Handle incoming client queries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Maintain and update client databases (CRM systems).
• Coordinate property site visits and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain sales-related documents such as proposals, agreements, and reports.
• Follow up with potential buyers and assist in the closing process.
• Support marketing activities like open houses, brochures, and online promotions.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female candidates preferred
• Education: Graduate in any field (Real Estate, Business, or Marketing background is a plus)
• Experience: 1–3 years in real estate, sales, or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
