Sales Assistant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and Connect with leads via outbound calls, emails, or chat
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies
• Coordinate with operations and customer care for seamless service delivery
• Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently
• Maintain records of sales and client interactions

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Organization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-centric mindset with good negotiation abilities
• Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
