Job Title: Sales Intern

About the Role:

IndiaRENTALZ, a trusted IT rental brand with over 25 years of experience, is looking for energetic and motivated Sales Interns / Executives to join our growing team.

You’ll be working closely with our Enterprise Sales Team to handle customer inquiries, documentation, quotations, and coordination with internal departments. This is a great opportunity to learn B2C and B2B sales, CRM usage, and enterprise client communication in the IT hardware and rental industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads from the website, IVR, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer requirements and note down device specifications and rental duration.
• Assist in collecting and verifying KYC and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, accounts) for order processing.
• Maintain all lead details and updates in the CRM.
• Take post-delivery customer feedback and record insights.
• Support the sales team in preparing reports, quotations, and basic follow-ups.

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or coordination (freshers can apply).
• Strong communication and follow-up skills (written and verbal).
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, MacBooks) preferred.
• Familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
• Graduate or pursuing graduation in Business / Marketing / IT / Commerce.

Compensation:

• Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on experience and performance)
• Full-time role opportunity on successful completion of internship.
