Lead Generation & Field ActivitiesIdentify and generate leads through door-to-door marketing, catchment area activities, field surveys, and referral networksConduct cold calls and follow up with potential customersParticipate in loan mela' s, market activations, and field campaigns to promote home loans, LAP, and SME loansEducate prospects on loan products, eligibility, repayment structure, and benefits???? Loan Processing SupportCollect KYC and income documents from customersAssist in completing loan applications with accurate data entryCoordinate with credit and operations teams to track file progressFollow up on disbursement, documentation, and post-sanction queries???? Reporting & DocumentationMaintain updated customer records in CRM or tracking toolsSubmit daily MIS reports on leads, calls, meetings, and file statusAdhere to internal processes, audit norms, and compliance standards???? Customer Service & RetentionBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsOffer after-sales support including queries, repayment schedules, and documentation assistance???? Training & DevelopmentLearn the complete loan cycle, systems, and support functionsActively participate in all assigned training sessions for ongoing upskilling
