Sales and Support Manager

You will be responsible for leading our sales initiatives and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a Sales and Customer Support Manager, you will need to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. It will be your responsibility to motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. Additionally, you will prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management and build strong relationships with key clients and partners. In terms of customer support management, you will oversee the customer support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints. You will need to implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction, monitor support metrics, and drive continuous improvement. Handling escalated customer issues and collaborating with other departments to improve the overall customer experience will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of proven experience in sales and customer support management. Strong leadership and team management skills are required, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools is essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. This is a full-time position with standard working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.
