Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Reach out to potential temples and religious institutions to explain our products and services.
• Assist in lead generation, cold calling, and client follow-ups.
• Maintain proper documentation of outreach activities and feedback.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.

Support:

• Help existing clients with queries and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution.
• Maintain records of client communication and support tickets.
• Assist in preparing user guides, FAQs, and reports.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English preferred).
• Basic understanding of software or willingness to learn technical tools.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Laptop and stable internet connection (for remote work).
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
