Sales and Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Support Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales & Support to join our Sales and Suupport team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate and possess excellent communication and persuasion skills. The candidate will be responsible for selling our products/services over the phone and achieving sales targets. The job requires the candidate to be highly motivated, result-oriented, and have a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Contacting potential customers by phone to sell products/services.

2. Meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the company.

3. Maintaining a high level of call productivity and quality by making a targeted number of calls per day and following up with potential customers.

4. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer complaints or queries promptly.

5. Accurate and timely recording of customer interactions and sales in the company's CRM software.

6. Continuously improving product knowledge and understanding of the company's value proposition to provide better recommendations and increase sales revenue.
