Job Summary:

The Support Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day technical and administrative support activities for Audio-Visual (AV) projects and service operations. The role involves managing client requests, scheduling field engineers, tracking service calls, maintaining reports, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients and internal AV service teams to schedule support visits and resolve service requests.
• Track and maintain all support tickets, service reports, and project documentation.
• Assist in preparing quotations, service agreements, and material dispatch coordination.
• Monitor SLAs, project timelines, and follow up for pending issues or escalations.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement for material movement and replacement items.
• Maintain daily and weekly service status reports for management review.
• Support engineers in obtaining site access, documentation, and closure reports.
• Ensure timely communication with customers regarding support status and issue resolution.
• Handle administrative tasks related to AMC, warranty tracking, and client renewals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree /Diploma/ITI (preferred: Electronics / Electrical ).
• 03 years of experience in technical coordination, preferably in AV / IT / Facility Management industry.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of AV systems (Zoom, Crestron, Logitech, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ticketing tools (like Zoho, Freshdesk, etc.).
• Organized, proactive, and customer-service oriented.

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator will support the AV sales team in managing client communication, preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, and coordinating order processing. The role bridges between clients, the sales team, and operations to ensure timely and accurate execution of all AV sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with clients for requirement gathering, follow-ups, and document submissions.
• Maintain and update CRM / sales databases with enquiries, leads, and project details.
• Track project status and coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance for order execution.
• Support in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance trackers.
• Handle documentation for vendor registration, NDAs, and purchase orders.
• Ensure timely communication between internal teams and clients for smooth delivery.
• Manage scheduling of meetings, client demos, and presentations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in

  sales coordination / back-office support
