Manage and maintain video conferencing, amplifiers, control, projectors, microphones, HD Lightings, displays. Independently handling sites, rough drawing for Rack layouts, Electrical requirements and Schematic for small sites. Installation of projector in desktop and configuring the Alignment. Trouble shooting and servicing AV Equipment, Maintenance, and AMC Support. Ability to do inspection and commissioning of Audio visual systems, like a Meeting rooms, Board rooms and Simulation Systems, Network operated rooms (24x7). Conducting Training to end-user for using the AV equipments and Video conference systems.
Job Title: Junior AV Programmer Department: Audio Visual / Technology Integration Location: [City, State or Remote] Reports to: Senior AV Programmer / AV Project Manager Job Summary: The Junior AV Programmer will assist in the configuration, programming, and testing of audio-visual control systems for commercial and institutional environments. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a technical background who wants to grow in AV integration, control systems, and automation programming. Key Responsibilities: Assist in programming, configuring, and testing AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, AMX, Extron, Q-SYS). Work with senior programmers and engineers to implement system functionality and user interface designs. Load and test firmware, control code, and device configurations on-site and in the shop. Support the integration of AV systems with networks and third-party devices. Troubleshoot and resolve programming-related issues during system commissioning. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of code, configurations, and project notes. Collaborate with installation teams to ensure system functionality meets design intent. Provide end-user support and basic training when required. Keep up to date with AV technologies and control platforms. Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in AV Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 0–2 years of experience in AV integration or programming (internship or academic projects acceptable). Familiarity with AV control systems such as Crestron, AMX, Extron, or Q-SYS is a plus. Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, routing, VLANs). Ability to read and interpret AV system drawings, signal flow diagrams, and schematics. Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., SIMPL, Python, C#, or Lua) is desirable. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
