Sales and Service Professional

You will be joining India's Leading company specializing in Lasers and other Sheet Metal Solutions, which is certified as a Great Place to Work. As a Sales and Service Professional in this full-time on-site role based in Delhi, Indore, Kolkata, Gujarat, Mumbai, or Nagpur, your primary responsibilities will include generating sales, managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting product demonstrations. Your typical day-to-day tasks will involve attending client meetings, creating and delivering sales presentations, addressing product-related issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up communication. Additionally, you will collaborate with the internal team to guarantee smooth service delivery and achieve sales targets effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent Sales and Customer Service skills, expertise in Account Management and Client Relations, proficiency in conducting Product Demonstrations and offering Technical Support, strong Communication and Presentation abilities, as well as a keen eye for detail with exceptional organizational skills.
