Sales and Service Engineer

As a hardworking and result-oriented candidate, your role will involve meeting our sales growth targets through direct sales efforts. You will be required to be in the field to engage with customers, generate leads, and offer alternative solutions to meet unique end user, component, or installation criteria. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing sales and marketing strategies for key vertical market segments, representing the company in industry forums, conferences, and related events, and recommending products that precisely align with customer needs. Your involvement in commercial negotiations and the implementation of product and application training programs for the Sales organization will be crucial for the company's success. Key Responsibilities: - Meet customers and generate leads through direct sales efforts - Provide alternative solutions to meet unique end user, component, or installation criteria - Develop sales and marketing strategies for key vertical market segments - Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and related events - Recommend products that align with customer needs - Participate in commercial negotiations - Implement product and application training programs for the Sales organization Qualifications Required: - Any graduate candidate can apply - Male candidates ONLY from Mumbai, Vasai, Virar, Palghar In this role, you will be based in Vasai (East) and will be entitled to 1.5% direct incentives upon completion of targets.
