Sales and Service Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing installation, maintenance, and technical support for a full portfolio of medical devices at hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers. You will also perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of PCBs within medical equipment, conduct product demonstrations, respond to service calls, collaborate with the sales team, train end-users and staff, prepare reports, and act as a brand ambassador. Key Responsibilities: - Provide installation, maintenance, and technical support for medical devices - Troubleshoot and repair PCBs within medical equipment - Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers - Respond to service calls and deliver technical resolutions - Collaborate with the sales team to support conversions - Train end-users and staff on equipment handling and troubleshooting - Prepare service and demo reports, maintain documentation, and update CRM tools - Act as a brand ambassador to ensure client satisfaction - Stay updated with product developments and industry standards - Participate in product launches, workshops, and events - Travel within your region for service and demo activities Qualifications Required: - Degree/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Medical Technology, or related field - Hands-on experience in PCB repair and soldering techniques - Experience servicing medical equipment preferred - Strong communication and presentation skills - Customer-centric, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude - Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently - Willingness to travel regionally for on-site service and demonstrations - Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with digital record-keeping - Effective team player with a passion for healthcare technology Additional Details about the Company: Since 2007, the company has been a trusted hub for advanced physiotherapy equipment, fitness products, surgical instruments, and medical devices.
