Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Service Engineer located in Chandigarh. The Sales and Service Engineer will be responsible for Sales, providing technical support, field service, troubleshooting, and maintenance & repair of scientific equipment. The role requires daily interaction with customers to ensure their equipment operates efficiently and to address any technical issues that may arise.

• Skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field is preferred
• Experience in scientific equipment or related industry is a plus
