Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Service Engineer located in Pune. Responsibilities include handling troubleshooting tasks, providing field service support for various equipment and systems, and offering technical assistance to clients. The individual will also perform maintenance and repair work, ensuring systems function efficiently and client requirements are met effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Proficiency in providing Field Service and performing Maintenance & Repair
• Exceptional Communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
• Ability to work independently and solve technical challenges on-site
• Prior experience in industrial automation or electro-mechanical systems is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or related technical field
• Willingness to travel locally for on-site services as required
