Job Summary:

Sales & Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for

  DG sets and related services

  .
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Provide technical consultation to clients and recommend suitable power solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.

Service, Repair & Maintenance:

• Perform

  installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting

  of DG sets.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to ensure optimum performance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in DG sets.
• Maintain service records and provide timely reports on maintenance activities.
• Train customers on proper operation and maintenance of DG sets.

Field Work & Customer Support:

• Visit client sites across

  Vapi, Surat, Ankleshwar, and Vadodara

  for service and sales-related activities.
• Ensure timely response to service requests and minimize downtime for customers.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in

  Electrical Engineering

  .

• Experience:

  0 to 2+ years in

  DG set sales, service, repair, or maintenance

  (Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply).

• Technical Knowledge:

  Familiarity with

  Cummins, Kirloskar, Mahindra, Caterpillar, or other DG sets

  .

• Skills:

  Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities in

  engines, alternators, control panels, and electrical systems

  .

• Communication:

  Good verbal and written communication skills in

  English, Hindi, and Gujarati

  .

• Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned locations.
• Must have a valid

  driving license

  and a

  two-wheeler (preferred)

  .
• Ability to work independently and handle customer queries efficiently.
