As a Sales & Onboarding Executive at Moove, your role is vital in driving the company's growth by acquiring and onboarding new customers. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present Moove's innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will also include leading the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for customers. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills. **Role Overview:** Moove is seeking a Sales & Onboarding Executive to play a crucial role in acquiring and onboarding new customers. This position requires a combination of dynamic sales skills and meticulous onboarding expertise to drive company growth effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver 100% satisfaction and provide in-person support to drivers - Walk drivers through the onboarding process and ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools for success - Brand Moove effectively and engage drivers with enthusiasm - Stay informed about Moove policies and procedures - Register new drivers, review their information for accuracy, and ensure compliance with company standards - Welcome customers warmly and describe Moove's product features and benefits accurately - Transfer all onboarded drivers to the Moove Fleet account - Resolve driver-related issues and maintain harmonious relations between drivers - Create a driver funnel dashboard for new driver acquisition through various channels - Manage driver referral programs and incentive schemes - Collaborate with the City Fleet Manager to build positive relationships with drivers **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, operations, or related fields - Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or the mobility/tech industry - Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities - Customer service-centric approach - Basic administration skills - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment In addition to the above details, Moove is committed to diversity within its community and welcomes individuals from all backgrounds to contribute to its mission.
