Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients for our IT services, including website development, software solutions, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients through various sales channels (cold calling, email, social media, etc.).

Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions and services.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.

Close sales deals and meet monthly/quarterly targets.

Maintain relationships with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling.

Coordinate with technical teams for customized project execution.

Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in IT sales or software/digital service sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).

Strong understanding of digital products like websites, apps, SEO, and custom software.

Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online marketing tools.

Preferred Skills:

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Familiarity with B2B/B2C IT project cycles.

Ability to handle client meetings and demos independently.
